New Business Development Associate At The Dancer Fleet

Miami, FL -- The Dancer Fleet is pleased to announce the appointment of Maureen Morgenthien as our new Business Development Associate. In her new role, Maureen will be responsible for managing all of tour operator accounts in addition to being an active member of the marketing team where she will contribute to the creation of sales support materials.

Maureen has worked in the travel industry her entire professional life. She started her travel career in the diving industry as director of sales and marketing for a small resort in Out Islands of The Bahamas. She then moved into traditional leisure sales working for the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and subsequently, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau as director of leisure sales & marketing where she gained a broad experience in all facets of leisure travel. In her most recent position she was director of marketing for a hotel group with two 4-Diamond resorts in the Caribbean where she oversaw the marketing, communications and public relations efforts including the opening of a new property where she created the entire marketing and branding programs from concept through launch.
According to Dancer Fleet CEO, Wayne Brown "Maureen's experience and background are exactly what I think we need for the dive industry today. Having a seasoned travel veteran assume the leadership role for developing our tour operator accounts is exactly what we were looking for".

Maureen remains an active diver today. "This job allows me to leverage my sales and marketing expertise and combine two of my favorite things to do - dive and travel."
